I started going to Jazzercise in 1999. I have two children, who were ages 6 and 1 1/2 at the time I started. I couldn't use the "baby fat" excuse any longer for weight I had gained having my children. I found a center close to my home and dragged my best friend along. At first as with any new "aerobic" program we were a little awkward, but within a week we had the moves down. After a year an half I have lost approximately 50 pounds and feel better than I ever have. And I know with the continuing exercise I get from Jazzercise and eating right I wont gain the weight back.
