From start to finish.....working with Eric and Heather at Clift and Company Pools was not only a pleasurable experience but a learning experience as well.
As business owners, we know how important it is for us to give our patients that "WOW" experience and to have a staff who knows their trade and has a passion for doing a great job. Being curteous as well as professional and making people feel like you are listening to their concerns is so vital in any successful business. But when we decided to remodel our pool with Clift and Company we didnt realize how much goes in to planning the many different phases of the operation.
Clift and Company was always one step ahead of us in being prepared to move ahead with each phase of the project and sometimes had to wait on us to do what we were supposed to do in order to move forward which is almost unheard of in the service industry these days.
When you think about the design of your pool or the colors you want to choose or the interior finish many people will get overwhelmed with how much you have to decide on before a pool project starts. At Clift and Company they have to most up to date and quality products in the industry today as well as being masters at design and color. Their showroom is well stocked with samples and pictures as well as an outdoor area where you can walk on and see for yourself the different types of decking you prefer. Many people need help with these decisions and they welcome the opportunity to help you decide what "lifesyle" you are trying to accomplish and confidently assist you with that decision.
Eric and Heather are always willing to take you to see some of the amazing pools they have done and to come to your house to get a feel for what is right for your pool. They also have a large list of happy customers you can call if you feel better getting referrals.
We would greatly recommend Clift and Company Pools for any pool project large or small because they leave no stone unturned when it comes to making their customers happy.
